  •  45-minute yoga session led by a certified instructor

  • 15 minutes of free time to pet and play with our loving goats — Billy, Bow, Ghost, and Browny

  • Time to take photos and soak in the lavender-lined views

Why Goat Yoga?

Our gentle, playful goats make it effortless to leave your worries behind and be fully present in the moment. Their curious personalities and calming presence bring laughter, lightness, and connection to every session.

And it’s not just fun — it’s good for you.

Research shows that interaction with animals can reduce stress, lower anxiety, and even help ease symptoms of depression. Time spent with our adorable goats nurtures both mental and physical well-being in the most joyful way.

Come Discover the Magic

Breathe deeply. Stretch gently. Laugh freely. Surround yourself with lavender, sunshine, and happy goats. You’ll leave feeling refreshed, revitalized, and ready to take on the world. We can’t wait to welcome you back to the field.
